A PLACE OF

Prayer. Peace.
Refuge.

But Jesus often withdrew to the wilderness for prayer.

IS IT TIME

ask yourself

to

WITHDRAW

from things that consume your time and energy in ministry- meetings, emails, texts, calls, deadlines, fast pace of life, expectations, demands and responsibilities.

to the

WILDERNESS

a place away from noise, busyness, and the distractions

of the world. Jesus modeled how to withdraw from people to the wilderness for prayer, even when vast crowds sought Him.

for

PRAYER

unity with God through Jesus Christ. Jesus will give you rest,

as you take His yoke and allow Him to teach you. Ask the Holy Spirit to lead and He will guide and direct your stay.

for

PEACE

be still and know that He is God, He is your refuge and strength.  God is close to those who trust in Him.  Spend time seeking Him and receive His gift of peace of mind and heart.

PURPOSE

Wilderness Prayer offers a one week stay at the Wilderness Cabin free of charge to Evangelical Christian pastors and their spouses, as a place of prayer, peace and refuge from the many demands and responsibilities of church leadership.

[7] The LORD is good, a strong refuge when trouble comes.  He is close to those who trust in Him.

Nahum 1:7 NLT, Tecartabible.com

[10] "Be still, and know that I am God! I will be honored by every nation.  I will be honored throughout the world."
